Terms of Service
Terms for discovering and submitting AI products, and creating and using AI agents on WWW Agents.
Last updated: 2026-07-20
1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of WWW Agents, including our website, AI product directory, listing and promotional services, Agent creation tools, hosted Agent workspaces, and related features (collectively, the “Services”). “WWW Agents,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of the Services.
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Services for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding contract where you live to create an account, submit a listing, purchase a placement, or create an Agent.
2. What WWW Agents Provides
WWW Agents helps users discover and compare third-party AI products and AI agents. The Services may also let eligible users:
- submit and manage public directory listings;
- purchase enhanced listings or sponsored placements;
- use automated tools to draft listing information from a product website;
- create private Agents from objectives, workflows, instructions, and uploaded Skill files;
- communicate with Agents through a FastClaw-powered runtime; and
- view and manage conversations, tool activity, and generated artifacts.
Directory listings are informational. Unless we expressly identify a listing or Agent as official or curated, its presence does not mean that WWW Agents owns, operates, verifies, or endorses it. Sponsored or paid placements may receive additional visibility, but payment does not guarantee performance, traffic, leads, ranking, approval, or continued publication.
We may add, change, limit, or discontinue features. Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice before a material change that adversely affects paid Services.
3. Accounts and Security
You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account. Do not share credentials or allow unauthorized access. Notify us promptly at support@www-agents.com or through the support channel available in your account if you suspect unauthorized use.
You may not create accounts through deceptive means, impersonate another person or organization, or use an account after we have suspended or terminated it without our permission.
4. Directory Listings and User Content
“User Content” means information you submit, upload, generate, or transmit through the Services, including listing copy, names, URLs, affiliate links, logos, screenshots, images, notes, Agent definitions, Skill files, prompts, conversations, and artifacts.
You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant WWW Agents a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, translate, adapt, display, publish, and distribute User Content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, promote, and improve the Services. For public directory content, this license continues while the content is published and for a reasonable period in backups, caches, search indexes, and records. You may request removal, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.
You represent that:
- you own the User Content or have all rights and permissions needed to submit it;
- the User Content and linked websites are accurate and not deceptive;
- publication and processing of the User Content will not violate privacy, publicity, intellectual property, contractual, or other rights; and
- any affiliate relationship, sponsorship, or other material connection is disclosed where required.
We may review, edit for clarity or formatting, reject, unpublish, reclassify, or remove listings and other public content. We are not required to publish any submission. Material edits that change a product’s identity or claims remain the submitter’s responsibility to review.
5. Agent Creation, AI Processing, and Outputs
Agent previews and definitions may be created deterministically or with AI-assisted processing. When you use website auto-fill, we may retrieve content from the URL you provide and send relevant content to a configured OpenAI-compatible model provider. When you create or use an Agent, definitions, prompts, conversation content, tool activity, and outputs may be processed by FastClaw and other providers needed to perform the request.
AI-generated or Agent-generated content can be incomplete, inaccurate, offensive, or unsuitable. It is not professional, legal, medical, financial, or other regulated advice. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on, publishing, or acting on them. Do not use the Services for decisions where an error could cause death, personal injury, denial of essential services, unlawful discrimination, or other serious harm without qualified human review and appropriate safeguards.
Agents created through the standard creation flow are private by default. A public or curated Agent may be discoverable by other users, but each user’s conversations and artifacts remain account-scoped unless that user chooses to share them or disclosure is required by law.
Do not submit secrets, credentials, regulated data, or sensitive personal information unless you have authority to do so and the Services are expressly suitable for that use.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Services to:
- violate any law, regulation, sanction, or third-party right;
- create, upload, or distribute malware, phishing, spam, harmful code, or instructions intended to facilitate wrongdoing;
- impersonate others, misrepresent affiliation, manipulate reviews or rankings, or submit deceptive listings;
- infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or confidentiality rights;
- obtain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, models, tools, or data;
- probe, scan, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass security, rate limits, access controls, or usage restrictions, except where applicable law expressly permits;
- scrape or extract the Services at scale without written permission;
- use outputs to train or operate a competing directory or service through automated bulk extraction; or
- expose another person’s personal data through an Agent, listing, prompt, conversation, or artifact without a lawful basis.
We may investigate suspected abuse and cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.
7. Paid Listings, Sponsored Placements, and Billing
The price, currency, duration, renewal terms, and included benefits shown at checkout form part of your purchase. Directory placements are one-time purchases unless checkout expressly states that they recur. You authorize our payment processor to charge the selected payment method and are responsible for applicable taxes and accurate billing information.
Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable after a paid placement is published, activated, or scheduled. If we fail to deliver a paid placement because of an error within our control, submit a support request and we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include rescheduling, service credit, or refund. Removing a listing for violating these Terms does not entitle you to a refund.
Payment processors operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not store complete payment card numbers.
8. Intellectual Property and Rights Complaints
The Services, excluding User Content and third-party material, including our software, design, branding, and original content, are owned by WWW Agents or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Services as intended.
Third-party product names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. If you believe content on WWW Agents infringes your rights, submit a support request identifying the material, the right you claim, your contact details, and enough information for us to evaluate the request. We may remove or restrict disputed content while reviewing it.
9. Third-Party Services and External Links
The Services link to and depend on third parties, including listed product websites, authentication providers, payment processors, storage and hosting providers, analytics tools, AI model providers, and FastClaw. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, security, content, policies, pricing, or actions. Your use of a third-party service is governed by its own terms.
10. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. You may request account or content deletion through the support channel available in your account.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access, remove content, or withhold publication when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users or the Services, respond to legal obligations, prevent fraud or security harm, or address non-payment. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, licenses already granted for necessary records, disclaimers, liability limits, and payment obligations, will survive.
11. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that listings are accurate or current, that an Agent or external product will meet your needs, that outputs will be correct, or that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WWW Agents and its operators, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunities, or anticipated savings arising from the Services.
Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to WWW Agents for the affected Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or US$100. These limits do not apply where liability cannot be limited by law.
13. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WWW Agents and its operators and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your User Content, your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another party’s rights. This section does not apply to the extent a claim results from our own unlawful conduct.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Services, law, security, or business practices. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when required. Material changes apply prospectively. Continuing to use the Services after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
15. Contact and Disputes
Please contact us at support@www-agents.com so we can try to resolve questions, rights complaints, billing issues, or disputes. Signed-in users may also use the support channel available in their WWW Agents account. Applicable law determines any rights or remedies that cannot be changed by these Terms.
