Privacy Policy

How WWW Agents collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information.

Last updated: 2026-07-20

1. Scope and Who We Are

This Privacy Policy explains how the operator of WWW Agents (“WWW Agents,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you use our website, AI product directory, listing and promotional services, Agent creation tools, hosted Agent workspaces, and support features (collectively, the “Services”).

It does not govern third-party AI products, websites, payment processors, or other services linked from WWW Agents. Those parties apply their own privacy policies.

2. Information We Collect

The information we collect depends on how you use the Services.

Information you provide

  • Account and authentication data: name, email address, profile image, login method, authentication identifiers, and account security records. If you sign in through Google, GitHub, or another provider, we receive the account information that provider makes available with your permission.
  • Directory listing data: product name, website URL, affiliate URL, descriptions, categories, logos, screenshots, uploaded images, plan selection, submission notes, and publication status.
  • Agent definition data: Agent name, objective, workflow or SOP, output preferences, important rules, uploaded SKILL.md content, and generated identity or instruction files.
  • Conversations and artifacts: prompts, messages, tool activity, partial and completed responses, generated documents, tables, images, files, and related run metadata.
  • Support data: ticket titles, messages, attachments, and communications with us.
  • Transaction data: product or placement purchased, amount, currency, order and transaction identifiers, payment status, and billing contact details. Payment processors handle complete card or payment-account details; we do not store complete card numbers.

Please do not provide sensitive personal information, regulated data, passwords, API keys, or other secrets unless you have authority to do so and the Services are expressly suitable for that use.

Information collected automatically

We and enabled service providers may collect IP address, approximate location derived from IP, browser and device type, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, timestamps, session activity, error logs, cookie identifiers, and security or rate-limit events.

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, account security, locale and interface preferences, analytics, and customer support. The exact technologies depend on which optional providers are enabled.

Information from public and third-party sources

When a user requests website auto-fill or submits a directory listing, we may retrieve publicly available content and metadata from the supplied website, such as page titles, descriptions, images, and product information. We may also receive information from authentication providers, payment processors, hosting and storage providers, analytics providers, AI model providers, FastClaw, or other integration partners.

3. How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

  • create and secure accounts and authenticate users;
  • operate search, directory listings, submissions, moderation, and publication workflows;
  • process paid listings and sponsored placements, confirm transactions, and prevent payment fraud;
  • create Agent definitions, provision Agents, deliver conversations, run requested tools, and store generated results;
  • retrieve and analyze a submitted website for user-requested auto-fill;
  • provide support and respond to rights, billing, security, and legal requests;
  • monitor reliability, diagnose errors, measure usage, and improve the Services;
  • prevent spam, abuse, fraud, unauthorized access, and violations of our Terms; and
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our rights.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information as needed to perform our contract with you, comply with law, pursue legitimate interests such as operating and securing the Services, or with your consent. You may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, without affecting prior lawful processing.

4. AI and Automated Processing

Website auto-fill may send relevant public webpage content, the supplied URL, and taxonomy context to a configured OpenAI-compatible model provider so it can draft bilingual listing content. You must review that draft before submission.

Agent creation and use may send Agent definitions, prompts, conversation messages, tool requests, and generated responses to FastClaw and to model or tool providers configured for the Agent. These providers process information to return the requested service under their own terms and our arrangements with them.

WWW Agents does not use automated processing to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you. Directory moderation, abuse controls, or automated suggestions may assist our operations, but material account or publication decisions may be reviewed by a person when appropriate.

5. Public and Private Content

Published directory listings, including submitted names, descriptions, links, images, categories, and attribution you choose to provide, are public and may be indexed by search engines or copied by others.

Agents created through the standard creation flow are private by default. Administrators may separately publish selected Agents for public discovery. Public Agent summaries may include the Agent’s name, objective, Skill name, and curated status. Your account information, private Agent definitions, conversations and artifacts are not included in public search results. If you intentionally publish, export, or share content, recipients may save or redistribute it.

Do not include another person’s personal information in public content unless you have a lawful basis and all required permissions.

6. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose information to the following categories of recipients when needed to operate the Services:

  • Cloud and infrastructure providers for hosting, databases, security, content delivery, and object storage, including Cloudflare or compatible providers.
  • Authentication providers such as Google or GitHub when you choose social sign-in.
  • Payment processors such as Stripe or another checkout provider enabled for a purchase.
  • Email and support providers such as Resend, Cloudflare Email, Crisp, or Tawk.to when enabled.
  • Analytics providers such as Google Analytics or Plausible when enabled.
  • AI and Agent providers including configured OpenAI-compatible model endpoints, FastClaw, and tools invoked by an Agent.
  • Professional advisers and authorities where reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce agreements, protect rights and safety, or respond to valid legal process.
  • A successor organization in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell personal information for money. We do not knowingly use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Service providers receive only the information reasonably needed for their functions, but their processing is also governed by their own policies and our applicable agreements.

7. Cookies and Analytics

Essential cookies and storage support sign-in sessions, security, language selection, and temporary form drafts. Optional analytics or support integrations may set additional cookies or collect device and usage data when configured. These providers may include Google Analytics, Plausible, Crisp, or Tawk.to.

You can limit cookies through your browser settings and use privacy controls offered by the relevant provider. Blocking essential storage may prevent sign-in or other features from working. Where applicable law gives you additional opt-out rights, you may submit a request through the contact method below.

8. Data Retention

We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including while your account or content remains active. Retention depends on the type of information, the sensitivity and risk involved, the duration of our relationship, backup and security needs, dispute resolution, and legal, tax, accounting, or compliance obligations.

Deleted information may remain for a limited period in backups, fraud-prevention records, transaction records, logs, and records required by law. Public information may remain in third-party caches or search indexes that we do not control.

9. International Data Transfers

WWW Agents and its providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we use appropriate contractual or legal safeguards for international transfers.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, such as access controls, transport encryption, authentication controls, and monitoring. No online service or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your credentials and for choosing what information to submit to an Agent or public listing.

11. Your Privacy Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of your personal information; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent; or appeal or complain to a data-protection authority. You may also have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising a privacy right.

You can update some account or listing information directly in the Services. For other requests, email support@www-agents.com with the subject “Privacy Request,” or use the support channel available in your account. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request. Rights may be limited by applicable exceptions, including security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, and the rights of others.

12. Children’s Privacy

The Services are not directed to children. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding contract where you live to create an account, purchase a placement, submit a listing, or create an Agent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through those features. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in the Services, providers, law, or our practices. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when required. Material changes apply prospectively.

14. Contact Us

For privacy questions or requests, email support@www-agents.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” Signed-in users may also use the support channel available in their WWW Agents account. If you are entitled to contact a supervisory authority, you may do so in the country or region where you live or work.
