Product overview

What is Hexabot?

Hexabot is a self-hostable AI workflow automation platform for developers, agencies, and operations teams that want control over their agents, workflow logic, memory, tools, and customer data. It combines conversations, model calls, actions, APIs, back-office systems, retrieval, and service channels in one extensible runtime.

Workflows can start from chat, forms, schedules, or events. Teams can model them visually or as portable YAML with typed contracts and schema validation, then connect reusable actions and external systems. Hexabot also provides managed memory, retrieval-augmented context, MCP integration points, conditions, loops, segmentation, inbox workflows, live human handoff, roles, analytics, and multilingual delivery across web, messaging, social, and custom channels.

How to Use Hexabot

  1. Install the official Hexabot CLI.
  2. Create a project from the starter template and move into its workspace.
  3. Start the local Hexabot stack with the development command.
  4. Define workflows visually or in YAML, then connect channels, models, APIs, actions, memory, and tools.
  5. Add review points, roles, analytics, and live handoff before deploying the customer-facing workflow.
